Zach Rose

Over ten years ago, Zach Rose started his construction career; he partnered with the best general contractors, architects, and engineers to help them build hospitals, offices, multifamily projects, and schools.

When he joined a construction recruiting agency, he came to a new appreciation that the best contractors hired the best people to support their growth and made it his mission to bring the best candidates to his clients. 

But even with access to the best candidates, most contractors still struggled to hire, and hiring mistakes were common. He was frustrated that his recruiting efforts often failed to help contractors reach their goals and wanted to find a better way forward and founded Forge Construction Recruiting in 2022.
In studying how businesses and great companies were built, he realized that the best companies followed the same process to attract and hire the best candidates. 

Developing the skills, tools, and techniques to build hiring systems, he leaned on his construction experience to deliver a process that contractors can implement to hire candidates consistently and avoid misfires without paying large fees. 
Since then, Zach has committed to bring the best hiring processes to contractors who want to grow. He is currently living in Charleston and working across the southeast to increase the quality of candidates and reduce time spent interviewing and hiring engaged employees committed to the mission and vision of his partners.

Benji is a professional recruiter and marketing specialist with a desire to be innovative to meet the needs of any clients or candidates. He earned a B.S. in Marketing from Clemson University.

Benji enjoys assisting in the marketing and business development at Forge, as well as sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. He loves working with people, and recruiting gives him the ability to help individuals in a stressful and difficult time.

He lives in Charleston, SC, where he loves being near the ocean, while also close to a city full of friends. Benji considers himself an “adventure enthusiast” while he plays music, surfs, skates, and enjoys just about any outdoor activity.
